I was looking to have a hole plugged and patched on one of my tires. I was teated like dog excrement from the moment I walked in. Pretty much a useless bunch of folks and very rude. Talked to me like I was a toddler at the desk, I was instructed to "go out into the bay and find a guy in a yellow vest" which I did, and apparently that also was wrong because he told me to go wait in line in the dog kennel area they have set up in the bay.... I left and went somewhere else.. very happy I did. Will not ever be returning to this Wally World tire carnival.
I know some people think that this place is absolutely terrible! But in my experience I absolutely love the people here! Mostly because my father-in-law works there. In all honesty, you just have to seek out the right people. I also know most of them personally... like I said you have to find the right person to help you.
Terrible place Took them 6 hours to change my tires also scraped my rims and wouldnt return two tires which were in good condition. I recommend going to a professional tire shop .
I attempted to get a flat tire fixed at this location but left after at least 20 minutes of waiting for the tire manager to even acknowledge that there were other things to do than test a battery for the guy at the head of the queue. I have never seen a more inefficient place of business as this tire "Express" location. I ended up at Standard Tire (along with another couple who abandoned Walmart) where they fixed my flat in about 15 min total.
Don't bother calling. The chances of anyone picking up the phone are slim at best. If someone does happen to take your call, that person most likely will only know how to say, "Hello" and "I don't know" That's the one universal sentence that all Walmart associates are well versed in....'I DON'T KNOW"...The least they could do is say, "Please hold while I find someone who does know."......but noooo, that's not going to happen. The employee turnover rate is so high at Walmart, you're not likely to find someone there who even knows their way around the store yet. Since most of the employees are only scheduled to work 10 to 15 hours per week, they're not likely to have a clue in any case.
