If you know what you are getting then obviously it is fine. If you ask for help, most likely you will be going back. Or 7 in my case. We were trying to replace a fuel pump and they kept giving me the wrong one and just had so many issues. It has what you need, as long as you know what you need.

Simply cannot stand it when I haven't walked in the door yet and get approached by every person working asking what I'm looking for, what I want, etc. There's good customer service, and then there's flat out being overbearing to the point that I'd rather go elsewhere. Besides that, alot of price gouging, low quality items, unkempt store, unknowledgeable employees.
They have a few things of oreillys doesn't but the wait is terrible and the checkout procedure is just as bad.
Good cusomer service, can get to be quite a wait at times.
