Got a big rock chip in our windshield on our way into Montrose. Called, and they got us in right away. Only took a few minutes to repair. Great service!!
Got us right in and fixed our big chunk of glass hit by a rock in less than 15 minutes. Replaced both of our windshields with them and are very satisfied with product and price. Very comfortable seating area with good magazines to read.
I have to applaud Montrose Auto Glass. They are always extremely professional and make sure you are well taken care of. I had a crack in my windshield, they came to my place and fixed it, unfortunately the new windshield broke as it was being installed. They let me know right away what happened and that they would get me a new windshield as soon as possible, and they stayed true to there word. Due to the colder weather they could not replace the windshield at my work so they picked up my vehicle from my work and took it to there shop fixed my windshield and brought it back to my work. I would HIGHLY recommend Montrose Auto!
They did great work on my 1985 Toyota Pickup! Safelite wasted my time after I made an appointment with them. After they came out and took one look at my truck they said that if there was ANY surface rust they wouldn't be able to replace the windshield... it's a 30 year old truck, of course there's going to be rust. Montrose Auto Glass was super professional and had it done in no time. They were flexible with my drop-off and pick-up times, and they were priced competitively. Moral of the story: shop local... they're better anyways!
