So now, on top of my car payment, I have repair bills for a car I just bought.
When they finally told me I could come pick up my car, they hadn't even the day I test drove it 2 weeks earlier, grease on the interior, etc...
The only reason I gave them 1 star is because Google wouldn't let me give them 0.

Decided to pop the hood when I got home, there's a coolant leak!
Why did they have to hold my car hostage for 2 weeks only to not fix the problem? Why do they have cars in need of serious repairs for sale on their lot? My guess is because they're unprofessional scam artists.
You smell auto. I have had a 100% terrible experience with these people. I brought a personal vehicle to them for them to sell. As many people know you pay a monthly fee. After the paperwork and getting it all ready to go I gave them my number and asked if they could call me if there is ant news about the car. I hear nothing for about three weeks. So I took my time to go out there and see what up. Someone from their team has backed into my door and it has been setting in the service bay for almost two weeks out of commision. I did not receive any phone call about this. Let me remind you, you pay monthly. So 3 weeks out of the full month I paid for it was not being sold and I did not get any communication from them. Screw these guys and sell it yourself. They have no communication and terrible customer service. Stay away from here.
Both Chris and the other Chris were so helpful to me and my husband we went home with our new car that day. They went above and beyond for us and couldn't be happier. They were both so professional and funny and made buying a car actually fun and they made us feel comfortable since we are first time buyers! Good job guys! You rock!!!
Meanwhile, I need to get to work so I can make payments on the car I just bought. I had to keep asking friends and acquaintances for rides, I have no family in the area. This put a huge strain on both my professional and personal life.
I got in a drove home. On the way, the coolant light came on. The coolant light they held my car hostage for 2 weeks to fix. I tried the heater. Guess what didn't work. That's right, the heater that they held my car hostage for 2 weeks to fix. I figured I'd try the A/C, it didn't work either.
Chris and Chris are awesome! The process was Fair Honest and FAST. Great job guys keep up the good work! If you want a no hassle car for a great price go here.
Do not do business with these people unless you want a half-broken car.
I bought a 2005 BMW 330Xi from You Sell Auto in Early April. Chris Hulen (The same man who posted the only positive comment for the company), was my salesman. He told me that the heater didn't work, probably because of a coolant sensor, and it had to go to the shop for a few days. I told them that was OK and to call me when it was done. 5-6 days later I called Chris back. He told me they hadn't got the part and it would be a day or two longer. Two days later I called Chris back. He told me that they were just finishing up and it should be done the next day. Two days later.., more of the same. I even had a salesman named Eric, in a failed attempt at humor, tell me that the car I had just purchased had been mistakenly crushed. This went on for 2 weeks.
I just want to give a huge thank you to the guys at you sell auto Chris Hulen as well as Chris M the owner at the Montrose lot they both were very great and friendly to me and gave me the best service I have ever had at a car dealership. They both worked very hard to get me into the car I wanted and communicated with me the whole time. Even after leaving the dealership I can still call if I have any questions or problems and they are very helpful in answering them. I will definitely go back if I am looking for a car again. GREAT SERVICE guys
