I have taken my vehicle back to Turner for different repairs because it is the closest dealership to my house. Everytime I take it in, I am steered away from the Toyota repair side, and they send me to GMC... Same story everytime, we couldn't reproduce the problem... Then I take it to another Toyota dealership 3 hours from my house and they do find the problem and even better repair it.. The service at this dealership is Horrible at best.. Guess I'll be taking my vehicle to reputable dealers from now on. Dissapointing.
I just bought a new 4Runner TRD Off Road yesterday and traded in my 2013 Toyota Sienna. I had the pleasure of working with Ed Walker who could not have been more helpful. I always dread buying a car and have had some bad experiences in the past. Ed was super helpful, very knowable, and you could tell he’s just great at his job. I went into the dealership knowing I wanted some type of 4 wheel drive and left knowing I made the right choice. Ed was able to find out what I needed and find the perfect match. He had a great no pressure approach and I felt great leaving in my new car.
