And as if to test the dealership’s commitment to their customers, a situation developed with the Escape headlights that required some further research, having to keep the car. Montrose Ford, at their expense, rented me a vehicle to use in the meantime. Mike in service was diligent and eventually solved the ‘non-problem’ with the headlights.
