Prompt and efficient. The service technician knew exactly what was needed to repair our tub at the house we recently purchased. He then took the time to fully explain the operation of the tub and its controls and answered my questions. Very helpful.
HWP bent over backwards to get my hot tub delivered while I was on vacation so that I could surprise my wife on our return. The team is super friendly and efficient, and they really care about their customers. When our tub had a leak due to a manufacturer's error, they picked it up, fixed it and returned it within a day. Now we are soaking the stress away every night in our awesome new hot tub. I have found my spa people for life!

GREAT service! The Hot Water crew went out of their way to get my system running after a power outage apparently fried a circuit board. The weather was below freezing and they felt it critical to get the water heated and circulating as quickly as possible. Several trips were required, but in the end, everything works again. Thanks!
