I have never posted anything in my life (trip advisor, Yelp, etc), but my experience with this business was beyond any experience I have ever had. I have much respect for small business owners, but I was treated so poorly by the owner that I would like to share. I have shopped with this establishment for many years and have always been grateful it was here, but I will never step foot again in this business. I was treated so poorly I walked away crying. I understand your policy that there are no refunds or exchanges. But, when you sell a women a pair of skis (for my 6 year old daughter), that are old and can only use a specific boot you could have made an exception to exchange. He was rude and condescending, and would not for a second consider helping me. Please reconsider when shopping here.

This place is a goldmine!! We picked up some gently used gear for the kids this year. Great price, great condition!! My son bought a new snowboard, there was a great selection! The staff was super friendly & helpful, they even opened the door for me ; ))
