Quiet peaceful beautiful
I live here and it's quiet. Had a lot of kids and tons of activities. The bookmobile is here every two weeks, sawdust on the playground, goatheads removed from sand. The manager is amazing. She makes people feel welcome and she is kind. Love living here and a great place for families.
To many rules and last people to run place tiok all oyr paperwork so new company made us pay another pet deposit and they just raised rent again.
Not well kept.
This is our first year here, but got to say not bad. Management is very understanding and friendly, neighborhood isn't that bad, and the places are kept very nice. On the Fourth of July we had us and the neighbors all BBQing and sharing food. They also have a small park for kids! Overall, very nice!
