It was good,son of baconator is a good burger. Speaker was broken but the line moved right along. Enjoy eating there.. staff is great.
Order taken well. Lady handing out orders on trays was confused and caused back up. Longer wait for food than usual. Angry customers all around. Food good when we finally got it.
Every Single time I go through the drivethru they never give me a receipt, and always screw me on a sandwich. How in gods name do you not add the main sandwich to someone’s order are you special needs????
I tell you this, i gave it four atars last time because they are consistent with their food preparation. NOT this time. There were flies all over the inside, at registers...in kitchen. And in the dining area. The tables were all dirty. The service was slow...and there w as no toilet paper in the restroom. The waste baskets full. This is a ONE STAR establishment. Very UPSET. I am an OHIOAN. Dave Thomas would be highly upset. Shame on them and their management.
Just don't go here, I am sure you will be disappointed. The service here is horrible. Employees have no sense of urgency and no customer service skills. Why would they? Management doesn't care. Look at any other review site and see how many 1 star reviews they have with no response from management or corporate.
