We arrived to a semi full entrance area with a few other patrons waiting for service. and signed in, and waited to be greeted.... And waited... And waited. There were several waitress who we obviously busy. But it was so rude that they didn't even acknowledge us with a "hello" or a "welcome" we're a little busy right now or anything but instead we couldn't even get eye contact.a few people left and we still waited. As we peeked in to the dining room there were several booths and tables available yet no one in the lobby was seated. I understand if the back end was busy or they were short staffed, but to not even welcome your customers is just plain rude. Either hire a host, or train your waitstaff to at least communicate they are busy.
Awesome food! Our waitress, Susan was perky, funny and got our morning off to a great start. I had the strawberry waffles and let me tell ya, they were The Best Waffles I have ever had! I hope that I will be back again!
Alot of food! Come hungry! Very friendly staff and tasty food.
Starving arvins is one of the best places to eat and the wait staff is excellent. To bad they only stay open till 2 pm.
