Don has been very generous with his time and energy as a volunteer and making Montrose a great place to live. Few real estate agents have the experience in the area that Don has. Absolutely horrible realtors. STAY AWAY!! Multiple times we were walked in on with no phone call saying they were showing the house. Was passed around to 3 different agents. The last agent we had, Alan Brown, wouldn't even meet me to look at the house. When I called Alan about people just walking in my house he offered no apology. He got defensive, rude and arrogant. He stated our house was "grossly overpriced". It was HIS company that suggested the price!!!! We even dropped it by $50,000!! I've lived in Montrose for 17 years and will do everything I can to steer business away from this company.

Horrible service on sale of our vacant lot recently. Sales associate, Don Bailey, didn't realize that property was reassessed because of the economy downturn and it ended up costing us $280. He apologized but wouldn't own up to the mistake and fix it. Would not recommend this Coldwell Banker office and won't be using it in the future.
