Sent unsolicited paper mail twice. Called to get off the list and he was quite rude to me on the phone. Would not ever deal with this guy or his company!
Rude and disrespectful.
We had to turn him in to the Division of Real Estate. He continually marketed us even when we were listed with another agency. We called several times to stop & he wouldn't. He laughed at my wife & hung up on her. He's awful & unprofessional!!!!!! Also he would not show his client our home because he didn't like our commission. Blatantly told our realtor that. Does not have client's best interest!!!!!!! Stay away
I traveled in from out of state to look at a property. Brian Byrd worked with my last minute schedule and showed me the house I was interested in, plus another possibility. He and his assistant, Terri, were very friendly, helpful, prompt, and professional in the entire process.
At first his persistence was admirable, but after me leaving 4 messages, that i went with another realtor, I am still getting his junk mail weekly.
