***Edited*** I have no given it 5 stars because they got rid of the old dog park and built a beautiful new one. It is closer to Cerise park and it is an amazing g facility.

Beautiful place to spend an afternoon. Trails are well kept and not crowded. Dog friendly, but stay away from the "dog park" area. It is full of thistle, dog poo, broken glass and has no grass!

I would give the park in general 5 stars if they would fix the dog park.

Baldridge Park is a part of the expansive Riverbottom Park situated along the Uncompahgre River. If you come in via Apollo Road on the north side (tricky the first time) there is great shade for parking in the one-way section. Beautiful shaded area with picnic benches and pavillion by the river. Skateboard park, kids playgrounds. Cement walks in park. Watersports (aka 'kayak park') park is right there - fun to watch from the 'rock grandstands' or the bridge, especially in May/early June when the river is raging! Cross the river and lots of concrete paths following the river, perfect for walking, jogging, bicycling, skating. Dirt trails for mountain bikes, walking. A frisbee golf course. Connects with Cerise Park to the north: soccer fields, picnic areas, recently completed dog park, etc. Ample parking, easy access, well maintained. Awesome parks complex along the river!

There's so many different trails to walk. I can get my cardio done in a relaxed environment.

One of the best parks ever. My son enjoys the playgrounds they offer. It's nice to walk along the trail by the water. There's plenty of picnic tables and a disc golf course. The only downside was I had trouble finding a restroom. The only one I found was locked. I waited thinking it was occupied, but no one ever came out so it's pretty inconvenient when restroom facilities are not readily available.

This is a top quality park. Amenities include cleanish flush toilets, a million picnic tables, a lot of parking, and a nice wide path for biking or running that cross crosses the Uncompaghre River on cute little bridges. As the Aiel would say, here you can find water and shade.
