Horrible customer service. This store is not a company owned store therefore they have their own policies and hours to go by. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour and was referred to this store for help. They were very rude and didnt make me feel welcome at all. I believe her exact words were "you're done here, bye" as she turned around and walked away. Will also be filing complaint with ATT.
Super helpful staff. Worked on my wife's phone for at least an hour until everything was working perfectly.
Lady told me "we are done here by " and hung up on me !!!!

Horrible. Lied to. Hung up on. Worst place. Don't ever go here unless you want to be lied to do they can sell you something. And Cheryl who told me she was the manager was the rude as can be. Told me she was not responsible for her employee who told the lies. Stay far far away from these people unless you want to be swindled.
