I would stay clear from this office!!! My wife went in Nov. 2015 with one tooth bothering her so much that she couldn't chew on that side. He saw her for 5 minutes and said he needed to fill it and the appointment would be 2+ months out. She was scheduled for 3 months out even when stating obvious pain. One week before her scheduled appointment, the office called and said they had overbooked and need to move her appointment. When she ask how this happened, they were abrupt with her and ONLY gave her the option to move the appt., with NO explanation except they overbooked. She's been unable to chew on one side for these 3 months, which this dentist KNEW. Her dad was a dentist for over 40 years. She's worked at several dental offices in California and Utah. Neither of us has EVER seen or experienced such complete and utter lack of caring and concern for someone in obvious pain as this guy. Moreover, if you happen to be on Medicaid, EXPECT poor treatment overall if you can even get in. They don't care about YOU, the patient. They care ONLY about the money. Don't waste your time. There are other dentists that care, and THIS guy is NOT one of them.
wonderful people friendly environment. i never had a good dentist experience but theese people made it tolerable. they got a lifetime client from me.
As it's been said before, all they care about is money! I understand it's a business, but when you don't even feel human talking to them, not a good way to run a business. Horrible customer service, there's no compassion what so ever for life's events.
My experience had not been great. I called in a few days before I was to leave state. I told them it was an emergency. My tooth had abscessed. They would not get me in. So I flew to OH and immediately had to get to a dentist. It turned into 2 infections. Cellulitis, and then the salviroty gland. I had to go to the ER, get a CT scan and blood work. On mega antibiotics. Also, my insurance was not accepted in OH so, out of pocket expense. My insurance would of paid for an extraction here in Colo. I had a ball the size of a baseball under the left part of my chin. My opinion, they are very interested in $, but not the patient. When I caked for a follow up in CO, they said it was 6 months out to full another tooth in trouble. Do not give business to them.
If I can give it 0 stars I would, I drove on hour and 30 minutes just so they can tell me my tooth would be difficult to have a root canal done on it. Terrible service
