I am very pleased with the quality of dentistry I have received at this office. Both my six month cleaning and the replacement of a crown were completed in a professional and timely way. Dr. Bill and his entire staff are very friendly and I will continue to use them for all my future dental needs.
When I scheduled my appointment I asked what I needed scheduled. I told them that I have an exposed root on my bicuspid and I am in pain can they fix it on my appointment they said sure let's schedule an appointment I said great. I get there and they haven't received my dental records from previous dentist. They figured they were going to give me a full exam and then I explained my financial situation and told them they needed those I couldn't afford a full work up and just wanted them to take care of that one tooth for today (Which was imbarrasing ). Well then the dentist tells me that if I want to wait there's another patient they need to see if I wanted to wait in the lobby until that was done but that they couldn't tell me how long it would be. Ultimately they took about 5 minutes with the other patient came back to me then another 5 minutes to set a filling and we were done. The dentist did a good job on my filling. The office people need tell patients that they only do an exam on the first visit instead of misleading them into thinking something is going to get done the day of.
I absolutely love everyone at this office the doctors and staff are nice and truly care about their patients needs. They also made me feel very comfortable even though I don't like going to the dentist

The dentist and techs have been great. My first visit they did a full exam and any work they could fit in that day. A broken tooth was the reason for my visit, they did what they could to keep it from getting worse before we could get the crown in. They also filled a cavity on the same visit. My follow up visits were scheduled close together, and everybody I've encountered has been friendly and professional.
