I went to them once, got prescribed some medication - but they screwed up the prescription mixing up my birth date with my wife's - so the pharmacy couldn't give me the medication. I tried calling them during business hours to get it corrected but ALL of their various extension on the automated system sent me to voice mail.
Very unprofessional and uncaring. Stay away.

Absolutely the most knowledgeable and caring staff. You would be losing out not giving Peak a chance!
to mention he is not very easy to get along with to start. Regardless it's still a good clinic over all. I would just suggest asking for one of the other doctors.
Called for an emergency appointment, the office staff that answered the phone was rude and told me to come in and fill out paperwork at a certain time, which I did. I sat in the lobby for 1 1/2 hours, never acknowledged or called back. I was in so much pain that I had to leave to go to the ER where I was treated for Kidney Stones.
This practice has invested heavily in technology which I would normally praise, but they hide behind it and do not engage their patients as patients.
I have under his care for 1.5 years. I have found his preformance superb. I am not an easy patient after 30 plus surgerys in the past 10 years. He is very attentive to my needs. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have nothing but positive experiences.
