This local branch(Cathy and Co.) and our local drive(Anthony) have been extremely patient and helpful in a difficult time sensitive package delivery...I can not say enough about their customer service at the local level here. 5 Star++++
Excellent customer service. When I have had mis-addressed inbound packages, Michelle took my calls was friendly, professional, and very helpful. And our local drivers are always top notch.
I wish you were open on Saturdays for a few hours. It hard to come in during the week when you work 10 hour days and can't make it during the week.
