We came in at 1:24, and mom ordered a buffet. We did not get a buffet. The buffet included a salad bar, but there was no salad. There was not a good selection of pizza, and not a whole lot left. While we were eating, a guy came up to the pizza and turned the light off. When mom asked about it and told them they needed to fill up the salad bar, they said they would. They didnt. The girls came up to us, said they had no more lettuce, and said that the buffet ended at 1:30. Remember we came in at 1:24 and they knew we wanted a buffet, yet they didn't tell us that it ended at 1:30, when we came in. On the plus side, we didn't have to pay for anything.
I really wish that I had an option to leave no stars. Took over an hour to get our food. Called to see if the driver was lost and was hung up on by the front desk. My wife called back to speak with the manager on duty and he was rude snapped at her, said we will be banned from business and then hung up on her. Hopefully this will help with their customer service. They have lost our business.
