Great customer service. Locally owned so we enjoyed being able to give our money to a local family. Delivery was prompt and even built our new foldable stand for us, which is awesome by the way. Thanks for the recommendations and the great night's rest.
Nice employees but bad business. So this store hasn't been open very long in Montrose. You walk in the door and see all these mattresses and box springs wrapped in plastic. Iam thinking brand new store brand new products. Not the case. They loaded my mattress and box spring still in unopened plastic in my truck for me. I get it home open it and there's a stain on the box spring. Couldn't tell what it was but there was also a stain on the mattress and it looked like a piss stain. Well unfortunately there's no point in calling to complain about it because they tell you since your financing the stuff there's no warranty. So iam sure they won't do anything about it. Also the mattress and box spring both have tags on them that say second hand materials. WTF. This was supposed to be brand new. I'll never shop here again and would recommend that no one else does either. Also the the two five star reviews for the Delta store are the two employees that work at the Montrose store. So I wouldn't be surprised if the one five star review for the Montrose store is one of the Delta store employee.
