I had been researching and shopping mattresses for a while before I came into America's Mattress. I was immediately greeted by Jimmy who was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the right bed but never pressured me into buying it. After checking out a few other stores it was clear that the only sales person during all my encounters that I actually trusted, understood my financial limits, and seemed to have my best interest in mind was Jimmy. Quality mattress at a smoking deal - definitely the best place to shop for your mattress if they carry the brand you want.
We bought a split king at the Montrose store. They gave us a good price on the bed. The sheets and pillow cases are not the quality we had expected and they don't allow returns or exchanges on accessories which we were not told prior to purchasing. One of the pillows on one side came out of the box dingy and soiled.
