Adam was very helpful and and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of State Farm insurance in Colorado.
Adam took over for John Donley. Adam is very full of himself and very disrespectful of the Donley agency after John's untimely passing.
As with "Lin B" who reviewed Adam Hancock on Yelp, I transferred to another agent because of the poor customer service at this office. Upon transferring, I found out that one of my policies had cancelled. Adam's office had not bothered to tell me about this even though I had spoken to Adam and two other employees 3 times during the period when I could have reinstated the policy. I had also asked the previous year to be put on auto-billing (which they didn't do) so that wouldn't happen. To make matters worse, Adam had written the policy incorrectly to begin with and now State Farm will not re-write the policy. If you're looking for quality customer service and a professional agent who will do more than just collect payments, go elsewhere.
I would never recommend Adam.
My husband and I have been with Adam for the past for years and we just switched to Liberty Mutual. This was the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. The employees and never on the same page, we’ve had to call many times to stay on top of them and make sure what we needed would get done even if that meant just getting a current copy of our insurance card. I don’t know that there has been a time when we have called or showed up that Adam has been there. I would strongly advise to go somewhere else for insurance.
