Worst appliance place ever. Everything about them sucks!! Go anyplace than here for appliances!!!
Both Becky and Allan are top drawer in customer service! I've unfortunately had two GE Monogram appliances - an over and refrigerator - that needed repair during Christmas. Allan came when he said he would, figured out what needed to be done, and ordered the part and had the oven repaired in time for Christmas baking! Love this guys and recommend them highly.
I wouldn't recommend Best Appliance's customer service. I needed a warranty call on a built-in Heartland oven at our second home in Ridgway Colorado. Heartland gave the authorization to Best Appliance, but because we had bought the appliance in California where we live, Travis in customer service refused to work with me and furthermore he was brusque and unprofessional. I wish I had received the service that Joe B. did.
