So I'm not a stupid Dumb good for nothing WOMAN who should go away or, just die, unfortunately this is the way he made me feel.
He wanted to exams me, he was in a big hurry. I could not stop crying for my worries of my brain being out of control and my job
Before I could finish my question he rudely interrupted me.
Anyway my tears started flowing. The PA had no empathy, no concern, just in a hurry. He made me feel I wasn't important, I felt he looked at me as an overweight middle age woman that meant nothing.
We have been here for three different family members and received prompt, compassionate, and professional care.
And make sure they are helped., I have been been sprinting all day.
I said this will take 10 seconds to ask you my first question then we can move on.
My advice ,I hope the owners fire him, he,s not a good person.
When Mr. Polsley finely came into the room I was in, I started to ask him...before we get started, can you renew my nasal script.
He loudly said, I don't want to talk about refills. I am limited on time and we, you, need to stay focused on the reason your here.
Which I have to drive clients.
By the way, I'm a nurse.
I will tell as many people as I can in Montrose about this terrible phony, disrespectful to woman, horribly false care giver.
We were camping near placerville when my 5 month old daughter became ill. We took her in and the nurse was very helpful and kind. There was no wait and we were in and out of there fast. I highly recommend this urgent care.
The CNA took my vitals and said Mr. Christopher Polsley, would be in soon. As I waited for about another 1/2 hour I could hear two men talking through the wall having a conversation about guy stuff and what not, they laughed, and seemed to be having a good ole time.
He reiterated, we have very little time. I have seen 30 people today and there are other people who are sick and I need to get to them

I was finally called and I waited in the exam room for about 1/2 hr. The clinic was near closing 4:00 p.m.
2/26/17.
I almost walked out, but I had waited two hours and MY TIME AND IM ALSO IMPORTANT!
We had to stop at this urgent care for my 6 year old while on a road trip and all of the staff were very nice they got us in fast and took care of us. They were great!
We were traveling out to Ouray for our nieces wedding and our daughter was complaining about her ear. We googled an urgent care and found this one. I walked in and was out and back on the road in less then an hour. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Very clean. I would highly recommend this urgent care.
I waited 2 hours on Sunday, my only day off too see a Doctor. I wanted to inquire as to why I was having severe dizzy spells, vertigo, and that I was falling down frequently. I was very emotionally stressed.
This man is so unprofessional. He never washed his hands and didn't offered me the Kleenex box which was right next to him, guess he didn't have time to hand me the box for my tears and snotty nose or had no time for infection control too even wash his hands.
