Staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. The Ace brand products are not my favorite - mostly made of chinesium, but when they break (which is often) the management does not ask questions and does everything they can to make it right.
EXTREMELY helpful! And the pop corn is delicious. They have that small town hardware store feel, and attitude. They'll help you plan any size project, and have very helpful attitudes!
