Love natural grocers. Slightly pricy, but worth it for high quality foods. All organic produce. Uncured (nitrate free) meats. Great assortment for people with various dietary restrictions. Also has amazing assortment of pre-bagged bulk goods as less than normal grocer costs. About one third of the store is dedicated to Heath and wellness items such as vitamins, minerals, essential oils, and natural beauty products.

Good selection of regionally produced foods. Everything here is fresh and tasty. Prices are a bit steep but well worth it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I shop here when I need unusual ingredients and fresh foods.
