I have a history of skin cancer, which has been documented. I called the office with a very concerning area of pain and discomfort. I was given an appointment EIGHT weeks out. I work in a medical office and am aware that emergency appointments are held and employees are capable of fitting in patients. When I reminded the staff that I had a history of cancer I was told that "didn't change anything" and the wait time was still two months for an appointment. I then went in to the office face to face, requesting a refill on a prescription as well as checking to see if I could get in for a biopsy any sooner. I was then told I could not have a refill as I had not been seen in the office within the past 12 months and could still wait 8 weeks for an appointment. So...no prescription and no appointment. Thank goodness another doctor was able to get me in within 2 business days and my biopsy was completed, the cancer was caught and my rx refilled. I have utilized Montrose Dermatology for SEVERAL years for cosmetic and medical needs. I will never use them again as they discredited my health risk and refused to accommodate me on any level.
I really like Montrose Dermatology. The staff are professional and friendly. The office is clean and cute and centrally located in Montrose. Most of all, I trust Dr. Raziano from skin cancer issues to cosmetic procedures. I am thrilled to have finally found a local dermatologist that I have confidence in. I had a fantastic experience at Montrose Dermatology. I had an annual body check and Dr. Razziano was extremely thorough. She was very nice and informative, and had a great bed side manner. I work as an esthetician in town and recommend all my clients to go to her. The staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend going there for cosmetic, routine checkups and skin care issues.
