The previous occasions they also completely botched the order or forgot to give us half of the order altogether.
Ugh! I can't begin to say how bad the breakfast burrito was. How do you screw up an egg? Horrible food.
Pretty disappointed at their inability to get ANY order correct in the last 5 or 6 times we've been to this location. Just ordered a single hot and spicy with no mayo and three mcdoubles with a medium fry. Instead we received three hot and spicy with no mcdoubles in site. The order was correct on screen when they told me the total so it would seem the staff is either too stoned to read their own orders or are in too big of a hurry and wouldn't know their head from their ass if you asked them.
I was pleasantly surprised with this location. The cashier, Grace, made small talk while we ordered. The food was quick and hot, the manager was performing equipment maintenance while chatting with regular customers.
This McDonald's sucks. Never go here. Always go to the one on east main st. Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window during lunch hour and got cold fries,burgers and over cooked nuggets. For as long as we waited all of our food should have been fresh. But they serve dog poop here to their customers. Need to change there name to Fatty McNasty's.
Coming from the deep south, i don't think of mcdonalds when i think of hot food, cleanliness, speed, and good service.

Everything was great
They did forget about part of my order, but were quick to correct it while being very nice and polite about it, despite getting paid garbage like how any old fast food company is. Props to the staff!
It's not rocket science, I've worked at a McDonalds as a manager and this is not quality service by any means.
