I have to agree with the other reviewer that the people working at this bank seem to not be necessary. I have had two incidents, the most recent being this morning, that I was given absolutely no help. It was a pointless interaction, as the question I had (which I had to repeat 3 times, even though it was very simple) was answered with "I don't know." I received no advice and the person on the other end didn't even attempt to find out anything for me. The previous time I had called with a question, i had to actually explain a banking term to her before simply being told "sorry, we can't help." Other than manning the drive through or handing out forms, I have no idea what the employees there are being paid for. They seem to have no knowledge, no empathy and no desire to assist. Before the other branch was shut down, I didn't have these issues and received great customer service. Apparently they got rid of the employees who actually care.
